Made to order

Every Mind Conquers Matter product is made to order, just for you. The windows below are the total time from placing your order to the parcel arriving — production and delivery combined. During launches and holiday periods things can take a little longer; we will always tell you if they do.

Delivery windows

  • United States: allow 21–30 days.
  • Canada: allow 25–35 days.
  • Australia: allow 30–45 days.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on where your order is going and how many items are in it — you see the exact amount before you pay.

  • United States: from $4.69 for a single item, scaling with order size.
  • Canada: from $9.09.
  • Australia: from $10.39.

Apparel ships from $5.65 in the US, $13.95 to Canada and $13.75 to Australia.

MCM Gear (shaker, towel, bags, journals, posters and the calendar) and our embroidered caps (the Trucker, Fitted and women’s caps) are made by specialist US print and embroidery partners, so each of these items ships in its own parcel, separately from apparel, with its own rate shown at checkout. In the US a single gear item ships for $6.09 to $12.19 and a single cap from $5.09.

Our beanies, quarter-zip, training leggings and training socks are made to order by another specialist partner and also ship in their own parcel, with their own rate shown at checkout. In the US they ship from $4.69.

Our digital downloads (the 30-Day Discipline Reset) are delivered by email right after checkout. Nothing ships, so there is no shipping fee.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Posters ship to the US and Canada only. We don’t ship to other countries yet; join the newsletter to hear when we add yours.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If tracking has not moved after five business days, email us and we will chase it.

Duties, taxes and currency

Orders to Canada and Australia may be charged import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST in Canada) and carrier or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Prices on our site are in US dollars. Checkout may show your total converted to your local currency.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address within 12 hours of ordering. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
